• Administration sets and filters — the 1.2 vs. 0.22 micron decision, tubing change schedule, bag inspection

• Monitoring and complications — refeeding syndrome, line infection, fluid overload, routine labs

Practice Lab — TPN Administration Practice Lab (5 drills):

• Central or peripheral? — 6 scenarios deciding route based on concentration, duration, and access

• Administration check — 7 scenarios distinguishing correct practice from common errors (shared lumen, gravity infusion, abrupt stop, blood draws from the TPN line)

• Glucose & insulin call — 7 scenarios across "no action / correction insulin / notify / treat hypoglycemia now," including the tapering-related hypoglycemia risk

• Pick the filter — 6 scenarios directly testing the 1.2 vs. 0.22 micron decision based on lipid content

• Red flag or routine? — 8 scenarios covering refeeding syndrome, bag appearance, line infection signs, and fluid overload
